We felt like at home! exceptional staff!! Exceptional service all around and the best omelettes for breakfast!! I travel a lot for work and stay in 5 star hotels but never had such a treat! 🤤 We were looked after even before we checked in by the owner who asked me how I wanted my beds set up considering I was travelling with a child. Facilities are great, just what you need after a day touring around London: comfy beds and immaculate room, and a great coffee machine available for you to enjoy until late in the evening (confessed coffee lover here!). It’s not luxurious but this is not what I needed, I just wanted a comfortable and clean place and it’s location is simply perfect, a quiet neighbourhood but many shops and decent restaurants around, and in 10 minutes you are on the Northern Line which takes you to the main attractions in London. Our little city break was perfect, can’t thank the staff enough!

Reception staff were brilliant. We arrived in Golders Green 2 hours early and phoned to ask if we could possibly leave our cases at reception. They said we could have access to our room way before the official arrival time of 3 p.m. and when we got to the hotel, they couldn't do enough for us. Without us having said more than "Hello", they upgraded us to a larger room without us having to pay an extra penny! Exceptional treatment. Loved the little fridge under our table. Hotel set back from the road and pleasant open views over the surrounding area seen from our bedroom window at the back of the hotel.

I enjoyed the reception staff; the hotel is a very special place, and similarly, they are not cookie-cutter and they treat you like a person, not in the robotic way you get in larger hotels. Everything was perfectly adequate and reasonable. This is not a luxury hotel, obviously, what it is is a very well-priced kosher/Jewish-friendly hotel in a historically unique area.

Checkin was siwft and easy. David was helpful, welcoming and polite. The hotel itself was clean and cheery. The room and bathroom were clean, well presented and the bed was large and very comfortable. We were able to park our car directly outside the hotel building and walk to the tube which was about 10 minutes walk. There are lots of cafes and shops in the vicinity.

Julia

Lovely location with plenty of options for food and drink nearby. We used this location due to ease of getting to and from the tube, we've previously stayed at Golders Green and find it a very safe location. The hotel was perfect for what we needed, clean, friendly staff and a nice bed to sleep in when we got back from London.
